So good we have visited three times!
This B&B is a hidden oasis, near to Florence, but far enough away to escape and rewind. We stayed 5 nights, as we were attending a wedding locally and decided to make a short break of it. The B&B is run by Maria, who is most welcoming and while she's always busy and on the go, she had time to talk to us, offer advice and helped by booking a restaurant. She's multilingual, Italian, Spanish, English and German; always helpful when running this sort of business. Our room was lovely, nice bed and compact bathroom, plenty of hot water. The windows all have intact mosquito screens, so no "intruders" when we left the windows open on hot days! The downstairs breakfast room has a nice couch and TV, although we didn't use it. The breakfast was good, with fresh fruits, yogurt, meats, cheese, juices etc. more than enough to satisfy anyone. Outside there are lovely gardens and a small pool with plenty of loungers. The only drawback I can think of is to pay close attention to the turn off the main road into the property. It's very easy to miss. WONDERFUL PLACE
Beautiful!! The place is truly enchanting, it is located about half an hour from the center of Florence Immersed in greenery, the house and the entire external area are cared for down to the smallest details. My family and I only stayed for two nights but we will definitely return, the friendliness and availability of Maria and her husband added value to the beauty of the place. Super nice holidays close to Florence
My wife and me stayed one week in the land house of Florencia and Guillermo, best hosts ever! There is all you need for relaxed nights and daytime breaks at your base dor your activities in the Tuscany area. The final gift of the Way of the Gods
A beautiful house, inside and out, one km from Vetta le croci, where the Via degli Dei passes. As the last stage of the route I gave myself this gift, certainly very different from the previous accommodations but a perfect way to end the journey for me, who needed a day of rest before the last stage that leads to Florence. Wayfarer Way of the Gods
Wife and husband run the Palmira house. Hospitable and friendly. Super dinner and breakfast. House surrounded by greenery, more than in Florence it seems to be in Burgundy. The swimming pool is excellent for a break after a long walk
